Crystal iPod Kits

There's no debating the 'cool factor' of iPods, iPod Shuffles and the new iPod nano.  With Crystal Couture - you can personalize your iPod and make a fashion statement while enjoying your favorite music!

iPods, Mp3 Players, and Sidekicks offer a relatively large flat surface to work on so be creative and have fun. We recommend using size 12 or 16 stones on iPod’s and Sidekicks for a very sparkly look. You can use size 9 stones if you are a more experienced rhinestoner, wanting to do a detailed design and have the time to do the project. Pace yourself and be patient. Plan to crystal your iPod in a couple of different sessions. Take frequent breaks, provide good lighting and work with a buddy.

How to plan to stone your iPod:

First decide how much of your iPod you want to cover. Refer to the table below.

• Entire surface – front and back 
• Partial coverage
• Trim and accent

Next decide on the stone size

• 16ss and 12ss takes less time to apply than 9ss
• 9ss allows for a more complex and detailed design

Next decide what you want to do on your iPod and draw out a pattern

• Look for ideas in our Gallery
• Make up your own

Finally select your colors

• We carry over 40 colors. You can do your entire iPod in one color or mix and match as many colors as you choose. Our kits are very versatile. Refer to coverage chart and price range below. These are estimates based on our experience stoning iPods. (Note: 9ss stones come in a limited number of colors.)
