Unbelievable custom made Black one piece platter tutu. Bodice is made from Black lycra and has a 'v' sweetheart neckline and hook-n-eye closure in the back. Decorated with gorgeous White embroidered lace, Swarovski Golden Shadow rhinestones and Golden Shadow Pure Leaf flatbacks. Black platter tutu has 8 layers of tulle (no hoop). Amazing costume!
