Costume is decorated with embroidered Blue/Teal Blue/Gold trim on the bodice and plate, accented with Gold embroidered trim. Platter tutu is 11 layers of Ombre Blue/White, Lt Blue and Blue tulle (hooped). Tutu is embellished with Swarovski rhinestones and flatback shapes!!
