Our Guarantee
CCI stands behind the quality of their products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items in their original condition and we will gladly refund the full purchase price for up to 30 days from purchase(excluding consignment costumes from Encore Costume Couture).  

 
Returns & Exchanges
Crystal Couture offers a no-hassle return and exchange policy.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it and Crystal Couture will promptly refund or exchange your order as outlined below (excludes consignment costumes, shipping and handling charges, if any). Simply follow the instructions below:


Returns on eligible products are accepted within 30 days of your date of purchase. (No Returns or exchanges accepted on consignment costumes).


Products eligible for return or exchange must be new, unused, unaltered, complete  and contain all original product packaging and accessories (no returns or exchanges accepted on consignment costumes). Products must be repackaged properly, in the original packaging. Products not in original condition will not be accepted for return or exchange.  

 

Any items that are returned for credit are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Items that returned for exchange are not subject to the re-stocking fee. Shipping charges for the exchange will be charged to the customer.


Contact Crystal Couture customer service @ at 1-866-476-1030 (Monday – Friday, 10 am – 5 pm CST) for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the product. Products will not be accepted without an issued Return Authorization Number.

These items must be enclosed with your return in order for it to be processed:
Your CCI invoice or packing slip.
Item or items to be returned in all in their original packaging.
Return Authorization number you received from Customer Service.

  • Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured.

 

  • If the return or exchange is due to a Crystal Couture error, Crystal Couture will pay for the cost of shipping and handling. Please contact Crystal Couture (toll free at 1-866-476-1030, Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm CST) for return authorization and instructions.

  • You will be notified via email when your return has been processed. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.

 

Return Restrictions
Items purchased elsewhere must be returned to the place where you purchased them. No exceptions will be made.

All returned products are subject to inspection by CCI staff. Products found to be altered, over half used, or damaged are non-returnable and will be sent back to the customer. The purchase price of returned items will not be refunded to your credit card until items are inspected and approved.  Consignment Costumes from Encore Costume Couture are not returnable.


Returning a Gift
If you are returning a gift, please call customer service toll free at 866-476-1030. For verification, please have your CCI packing slip available. Gifts returns are also subject to the return restrictions listed above. Approved returns may select either a CCI online credit or a refund made to the credit card of the purchaser.
